In this session we will explore ways of creating, connecting and collaborating with communities of learners.  By interacting in our own Google+ community, we will look at ways of building communities for students, teachers and the school community.  Online learning communities allow us to shift towards a more blended model of learning, which empowers participants to crowdsource knowledge and skills beyond the walls of the classroom or staff room.  Strategies for fostering connections between people within and beyond the community will be discussed, as well as tips and tricks for using Google+ more effectively.
